Hi people, I recently wrote up these instructions on how to post pictures and how to find a good URL address to use for Angel... And she seem to pick it up pretty easy... So I thought I'd go ahead and post them for anyone else that would like to know... If you should have any trouble with any of it, feel free to ask below... Hell, who knows I may even answer you...
Lesson #1 CopyCats image posting #101
Ok, now lets see if I can teach you to post a picture... The first thing you will need is the "URL address" of the pic that you want to use... [If you don't know how to get or find a URL addresss or uniform resource locator - I'll cover that in lesson #2 down below..] ![]() If you look in the Reply to Thread box will have that little box at the top with all the Fonts and Sizes and stuff... Ok if you go over to the little box that kinda looks like a post card with mountains on it and hover your mouse over it... It will say "insert image", go on and click on the suxer... Ok, it will make a little plup noise and you will get a drop down menu that says: This website is using bla bla bla... Click on the drop down, when you do, you'll get another drop down, click on "Temporirly allow scrited windows"... Ok now it all went away, but your ready now... Go back down and click on the little "insert image" box again... OK, a "Script Prompt" box will appear on the screen... ![]() Now you just copy and paste the URL for your pic in the box and click OK... Now your posting pics... Have fun with it... Unless you don't know how to find a proper URL, if this is the case keep reading lesson #2... Lesson #2 CopyCats finding a proper URL 101 OK, first lets go to http://www.google.com/ At the top left corner of the page you will see: Web Images, click on images... OK, now you want to think of what you want a picture of, lets try Peter Pan, type Peter Pan in the box, and click Search Images... Now you see a bunch of Peter Pans, lets click on that first one... OK, a page pops up but this is not what you want... You want that picture of Peter Pan, so go up to the top left corner of that page and click on that picture of Peter Pan again... ![]() OK There is the picture that you want... Now just go up to the URL and click on it one time, that will highlight the whole URL... Then hover your mouse over the URL and right click your mouse... Now go down the drop down menu, and click on copy... ![]() OK, now you have it in your copy N paste memory... Now you can take it and paste it in your Script Prompt box and hit OK...
