For some of them, the result is pretty amazing, but for others, it seems the picture has been taken just few seconds after the first one. Therefor, for the unobvious changes, you are like you are so get on with it!!! For the others i'm glad they feel better with themselves!

Hey! I just found my picture on your site. Nathan I have five gorgeous kids and didn't look too bad before. Just needed renovating. Unless you walked in any of the extreme participant's shoes, you should not judge but ask questions. We love to talk about it! By the way I am the one with Dr. Donia. I have given birth to six kids, Aint no personal trainer to fix me up after that!!
